STRUCTURAL INSPECTION SERVICES

We provide the following services to private/residential clients:

• Real Estate Transactions - where the condition of the structure is in question and you need a comprehensive inspection and report. 
• Bearing Wall Removal - determining which walls can be removed without structural modifications. 
• Wall & Foundation Evaluations - providing evaluation of cracks in walls, floors, and foundations with comprehensive reporting. 

Pricing: Inspections start at $395.00 and inspection & report packages start at $595.00. Each inspection is priced based on the individual circumstances of the requested services. 

Note:  We no longer provide inspection services for moisture intrusion, litigation support, or damage attributed to poor construction. 

Commercial Clients - we provide the following inspection services to commercial property owners and contractors:

• Commercial Clients  - structural evaluations of new and existing properties pre-purchase, during construction, operational, and pre-sale.  
• Contractors - third party and JHA required inspections for after the fact (missed) inspections and specialty installations (i.e. steel, aluminum, etc.).  

We take pride in the quality of our inspection services and getting you the answers you, or your clients, need to make informed decisions. 

• Inspections are performed by a Licensed Professional Engineer. We will never send unqualified or inexperienced personnel  to do an engineer's job. 
• Quality Inspections and Reports. Our inspections and reports are professional and thorough. Our reports provide well organized written and photographic documentation of observed conditions, our professional opinion, and our recommendations (as needed).
